Bilbohall Estate Forum was founded in 1999 and became the first Tenant Organisation to become formally registered with the Moray Council in 2001. Set in the south west area of Elgin the forum area covers Bilbohall, Milltonduff, Mosstowie, Birnie and Clachmarras.

During the summer of 2008 the forum met and had discussions with the members from the Rothes tenants forum, following which it was decided that the two groups would merge.

The merger was formalised at the AGM in December 2008 and the forum name was adapted to reflect this and is now Bilbohall Estate Forum incorporating Rothes Area.

The Forum continues to meet on the first Wednesday of the month at 7.30 in the Cedarwood Centre on Edgar Road, Elgin. All Council Tenants from the areas above and from the Rothes area are welcome to attend.
