The latest regular meeting of the Forum took place on March 3^rd of all the business discussed the top topic was that of grit bins. As previously mentioned the Forum members had recently decided to investigate the provision of grit bins for the Bilbohall Estate. Members unanimously agreed to forward this project, and to make contact with the roads department and enquire about the provision of grit bins and the costs involved. We will keep you up to date with our progress on this issue.

Unfortunately due to the adverse weather conditions the members from Rothes were unable to attend the meeting. However the Area Housing Officer will make contact with them before our next meeting in order to progress their suggestions for their budget spending.

As always the Forum would welcome any suggestions from tenants living within the Forum catchment area, with regard to any environmental improvements which the Forum may be able to forward for consideration. We also welcome any Tenants who would like to join us and have their say as to how the Moray Council provides their Housing Services.
