This year is the tenth anniversary of the Bilbohall Estate Forum which formed in 1999, and became the first Tenants group to formally register with the Moray Council in 2001. The Forum members plan to organise an event to celebrate and it is hoped that members past and present will attend.

Moray Tenants Core group which was also formed in 1999, will also be celebrating this year, and they too plan to hold an event later in the summer.

At the recent meeting the forum members discussed a number of items including the wish list for improvements in Rothes, the members from there would like to see an area at the Green Street/Forsyth Avenue junction improved and possibly benches installed. They have also identified footpath areas at the end of Land Street for improvement, this would involve the removal of cobble stones and a new surface put down. The members from Bilbohall spoke about street signs on the Estate, as there are a number which are in need of attention. In order to further investigate this, the members are to arrange an evening walkabout so that they can make a report for the next meeting.
