This month we can report that plans are currently being made to repair some of the footpaths on the estate which have been damaged by tree roots. Some of the repairs will be made by the Housing DLO contractors and the remainder by the Roads DLO.

The Forum are to begin the process of identifying possible works for next years environmental budget, any Tenants who have any suggestions are welcome to contact forum members or the Area Housing Officer to discuss them.

Tenants Conference 2009

The 2009 Tenants Conference will take place on Thursday 17th September in Elgin Town Hall. There will be workshop sessions for delegates to attend, various stalls and displays and a very informative session from the emergency services. This event is FREE to all Tenants of the Moray Council, and a buffet lunch will also be provided to all delegates. Doors open at 9:20am and the event starts at 10am and is expected to conclude at 2:45pm with a FREE PRIZE DRAW.

Application forms for the Tenants Conference are available in the recent Tenants Voice magazine, from local Housing offices and Access Points and at local libraries. These should be completed (one per person) and returned to
