We open this months Newsletter with sad news, on Saturday 5th September  one of Moray's campaigners for tenants rights passed away. Charles French was the Chairperson of the Lossiemouth Tenants forum, and was a friend to members of ours, and of course other forums throughout Moray. He will be sadly missed and the members of the Bilbohall forum send our sympathy to his wife and family.

A reminder that the Tenants Conference will take place on the 17th in Elgin Town Hall, all council tenants are welcome to attend and full details are available on the Core Group site.

Concerns have been raised concerning the wall at the rear of the shopping precinct on Glen Moray Drive, these have beeen passed on to Moray Council and will be dealt with by building control.

Works identified by the Rothes members as part of thier environmental budget spending this work will hopefully be undertaken soon.
